Section IV analyzes the problems and the current status of Korea's economic cooperation policy with developing countries. Section IV proposes laws and regulations for the Korean construction industry for institutional improvement.
Through these analyses, Section V analyzes the effects related to the liberalization of Korea's construction industry. In this regard, Section VI makes some policy recommendations for Korea to take countermeasures. -

Section III examines the political tasks faced due to the changes in the internal and external economic environment in the 1990s. Through such outlooks, some strategies and directions for trade in the U.S. government are expected. The composition of this research is as follows. In Chapter II, it examines the macro-economic trends for ASEAN and the evolution of trade policies such as exchange rates, capital and interest since 1985. Chapter III reviews ASEAN export-oriented industrialization and its direct investment structure. Chapter IV and V examines the development of trade and industrial policies of the major East Asian countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan, in the 1980s. Based on the new changes in trade, and direct investment and technical cooperation between Korea and the major ASEAN countries, Korea's corresponding policy is suggested in Chapter VI.
